How to Withdraw PCI from Wallet

You can easily withdraw PCI from your PayProtocol wallet to another wallet or exchange by following these steps.


🔹 Step 1: Go to the Wallet Tab

Tap on the Wallet tab in the PayProtocol app to see your available token balances and quick actions.

  • Tap the Withdraw button at the top center.


🔹 Step 2: Select Asset and Enter Details

Choose the asset to withdraw (e.g., PCI, wPCI,USDC, ETH). Fill in the required information:

  • Network (e.g., PCI Paycoin, Arbitrum)

  • Amount

  • Destination Address

  • Memo (Optional)

Available Tokens for Withdrawal:

  • PCI: Native PayProtocol coin

  • wPCI: Wrapped PCI token on the Arbitrum network

  • USDC: USD-pegged stablecoin issued on Arbitrum

  • ETH: Native Ethereum token bridged to Arbitrum

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Minimum withdrawal limit applies per asset.

  • Withdrawals may be delayed depending on blockchain conditions.

  • Network fees vary by blockchain.


🔹 Step 3: Confirm Details

Double-check the withdrawal details before submitting:

  • Amount

  • Address

  • Network Fee

  • Memo (if any)

Enable the checkbox “I have confirmed the withdrawal information.” Then tap Confirm.


🔹 Step 4: Withdrawal Success

Once the transaction is processed on-chain, you will see a success message.

🛡️ Make sure to send tokens only to trusted addresses that support the specific token and network you selected. Withdrawals cannot be canceled once submitted.
