How to Top-Up with PCI

You can easily add PCI to your PayProtocol Card for spending online or in-store. Follow the steps below to complete a top-up.

🔹 Step 1: Tap “Top Up” on the Card Tab

From the Card tab, tap the “Top Up” button located just below your PayProtocol Card balance.

🔹 Step 2: Enter Top-Up Details

On the Top Up screen:

• Select the network (e.g., Paycoin,Arbitrum)

• Please enter the amount of PCI or the selected currency you wish to top up.

You will see:

• The fee calculated automatically

• The total PCI amount that will be used

🔹 Step 3: Confirm Top-Up Request

You’ll see a confirmation screen with:

• Final PCI amount

• Equivalent Currency value

• Fee and total amount

✅ Tick the checkbox “I have confirmed the Top up information” Then tap Confirm

🔹 Step 4: Enter Your Password

For security, enter your wallet password to approve the top-up.

🔹 Step 5: Top-Up Complete

After confirmation, you’ll see a success screen showing:

• Top-Up amount

• Fee

• Date & time

Your new balance will appear immediately on the Card screen.

ℹ️ Notes

• Top-up cannot be canceled after submission

• A Top-up fee is normally charged per transaction, but currently waived during our promotion

• Monthly top-up limit: 1,000 CHF
